First of all - do not spam in support, but carefully read this article. Because we don't know what the client did with the server, what actions he took, where he got his assemblies from and how he installed them...
There are a lot of servers on hosting that work and run completely different builds without any problems, it is all because their owners know what they are doing and doing it right. Problems arise only in 5% of cases, when another "specialist" downloads a "super pack" and thinks that he has done all the steps and now the money would fly to his hands if he'd run the server on the "special" assembly with a billion mods and plugins, of completely unknown origin. But usually the opposite is true.
✔️THEREFORE, IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO RETURN YOUR SERVER TO NORMAL OPERATION AGAIN, THEN JUST REINSTALL IT AND IT WILL RETURN TO THE INITIAL SETTINGS AS IT WAS AT PURCHASE. AND THEN, BEFORE INSTALLING ANYTHING, FIRST CAREFULLY STUDY THE HOSTING KNOWLEDGE BASE.
Reinstalling the server ALWAYS helps, it returns the server to its original settings.
